Semi Senior / Senior Accountant

Location – Golborne, Warrington

Salary – £based on experience

About the company:

A broad role within a well-established accountancy practice, with a great hiring manager & team.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of statutory year end accounts for a variety of clients.
• Managing your own portfolio of clients.
• Preparation of management accounts.
• Preparation of VAT returns as and when required.
• Assisting clients with their bookkeeping as and when required.
• Calculating corporate tax liabilities.

Skills/Qualifications required:

• Previous experience working within accountancy practice, in a similar role
• Accounts prep experience
• ACCA/ACA/AAT part-qualified or AAT qualified
• Good communication & social skills
• Xero & FreeAgent experience preferable but not essential
