- £35K Were recruiting for a part-qualified ACA or ACCA Semi-Senior Accountant to join a well-established and growing independent firm of accountants in Northamptonshire.

Whats on Offer Salary c£25K £35K (depending on experience and ability) Flexible working office and home-based Career progression and skills development Free on-site parking Friendly, modern working environment About the Role Youll be supporting a range of owner-managed businesses, with responsibilities spanning: Year-end accounts preparation (sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies) Corporation tax and personal tax compliance Bookkeeping and VAT return preparation Client communication and relationship management Managing your own workflow, billing, and WIP for your portfolio Supporting the Practice Manager and Directors as needed The role can be flexed based on your experience, offering the right level of challenge while supporting your professional development.

About You ACA or ACCA part-qualified (minimum 3 years experience in practice) A confident communicator who enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of your work Keen to progress your career in a supportive, ambitious firm This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking practice with a strong client base and plans for continued growth.
