Careermakers Recruitment are looking for a Semi Skilled Aluminum Fabricator for our ever-growing client based in the heart of Normanton, WF6.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble aluminium and steel components.
Carry out MIG work (and TIG where applicable)
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Check completed work meets required standards for quality and durability.
Follow internal production processes and update progress where required.
Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth project completion.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in aluminium fabrication (experience with steel desirable).
Skilled in MIG welding (TIG desirable but not essential).
Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexible, reliable, and willing to work overtime when required.
Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Confident in taking on new challenges.
Hands-on and practical, with an eye for detail.
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Looking to build a long-term career in the signmaking industry.
Commitment to health, safety, and compliance in everything you do.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 7am - 3.30pm, with a pay rate of £13.50 per hour depending on experience.
