Our client is A leading company specialising in the heat treatment of steel & non ferrous parts for the Aerospace and Engineering industries, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join a small team involved in servicing and maintaining a range of heat treatment furnaces and associated plant.
Salary:
£30k to £35k per annum Monday to Friday 8am start - 5pmThe suitable candidate will be required to demonstrate:
A Multi-Skilled engineering background, experienced and qualified in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. The ability to carry out preventative maintenance and servicing of plant and equipment; Possess excellent diagnostic skills to diagnose the causes and rectification of breakdowns;Skills/qualifications:
Ideally qualified to 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, and working within an industrial environment. General mechanical/maintenance skills; including welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, replacing bearings, transmission systems including pulleys and belts; PLC and Inverter knowledge; Good computer literacy skills; Good communication skills, liaising with client departments; Expected duties to be carried out on site:
