Semi-Skilled Welder

Location: Cumbernauld Hours: Monday to Thursday 06:00am start (40 hours per week) Pay: Competitive – dependent on experience

Apex Resources Limited are currently recruiting a Semi-Skilled Welder to join a busy and growing engineering company. This role would suit someone with hands-on welding experience who is looking to build their skills within a supportive workshop environment.

The Role

Carrying out MIG welding on mild steel components

*

Assisting skilled welders and fabricators

*

Working from basic drawings and instructions

*

Preparing materials (cutting, grinding, finishing)

*

Maintaining a safe and tidy work area

What We’re Looking For

Previous welding experience (workshop or site based)

*

Ability to follow instructions and basic drawings

*

Good attention to detail

*

Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

*

Welding qualifications an advantage but not essential
