Long Term Futures is working with a well-established special school in Birmingham catering to students aged 11-19 with a range of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges, and associated learning differences. The school provides a structured, caring environment and is part of a wider trust that champions high-quality, inclusive education for young people with special educational needs.
The Role: This is a full-time SEN teaching position within a secondary and post-16 setting. You'll take the lead in a small, well-supported class group, delivering highly differentiated lessons tailored to each pupil's EHCP. The role offers the opportunity to foster meaningful progress, independence, and confidence in learners with a wide range of needs.
