You will deliver one-to-one support, run small group interventions, and help adapt learning activities to ensure every child can access the curriculum. You’ll also assist in promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being within the classroom. The Candidate: You should hold a degree in any subject and demonstrate patience, resilience, and strong communication skills. A genuine interest in working with children who have SEN is essential.
