The Role As a HLTA, you will: Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4 Deliver pre-planned lessons when required Lead targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions Support teachers in raising attainment and improving pupil engagement Contribute to the wider school environment and pastoral support Requirements Experience is essential for this role.
