Key Responsibilities as a SEN Learning Mentor:
* Support children with a range of special educational needs in both individual and group settings * Assist the class teacher in implementing tailored learning programs * Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment to help students thrive academically and socially * Provide one-on-one support and adapt resources to suit individual learning needs
What The School Are Looking For As a SEN Learning Mentor:
* A caring and empathetic individual with a strong commitment to improving the educational experience of children with SEN * Previous experience in a school or similar setting is preferred, but not essential * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents * A positive, patient, and flexible approach to challenges
