Key Responsibilities: * Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated learning or communication needs. * Assist class teachers in delivering personalised learning plans and adapting resources to meet individual needs. * Support pupils in developing communication, social, and emotional skills using structured and positive strategies. * Encourage independence, resilience, and engagement in learning through consistent support and encouragement. * Contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists. * Help maintain a calm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment for all students.
