This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) while working within a welcoming and collaborative school community, where staff are valued and every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

Role Details

Location: Hackney Start Date: April 2026 Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday Pay: £95-£97 per day (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional needs Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs Implement positive behaviour strategies and support pupils' emotional wellbeing Help create a nurturing, structured, and inclusive learning environment Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and wider staff to monitor and support pupil progress
