The Role SEN Learning Support Assistant

As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide targeted support for pupils with SEND in class Deliver structured interventions in literacy and numeracy Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs Support pupils communication and language development Be confident in behaviour management Liaise with teachers and external professionals to implement support plans
