SEN Learning Support Assistant

We are currently seeking Teaching Assistants who can contribute to delivering high-quality teaching and learning across the school and the ideal candidates will be equipped to help students progress, develop life skills, and achieve recognized qualifications.
About you
We are ideally looking for candidates with previous SEN experience (this could be from a school setting or elsewhere) and you will need to be a resilient, empathetic, and positive individual with a passion for supporting children with SEN and Additional Needs.
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Understand and respond to the needs of our students
* Demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
* Bring a positive, proactive attitude and strong sense of motivation
