As a SEN LSA in Chelmsford , you will support children with a range of SEN , including ASD, ADHD and SEMH needs. Schools in Chelmsford are looking for an LSA who can build strong relationships, adapt resources, and promote positive behaviour strategies for pupils with SEN . Job Overview: Full-time SEN LSA role, Monday to Friday. Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support. Work closely with teachers and the SENCO as an LSA .
