About the Role:
In this rewarding position, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
Support children with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
Work closely with teaching assistants, families, and external professionals to provide the best possible support.
Develop and monitor individual learning plans and progress against EHCP targets.
Create a positive, nurturing classroom where every child feels respected and included.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching children with SEN, or a strong interest in developing this specialism.
A patient, resilient, and positive approach to supporting diverse learners.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
