You will work as part of a passionate, collaborative team committed to providing outstanding education and care.About the RoleAs an SEN Primary Teacher, you will inspire and support pupils to reach their full potential. You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to individual learning styles, monitor progress, and create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment. Your work will directly impact pupils’ academic, social, and personal development. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality teaching to individuals and small groups in line with the School’s curriculum, Company policies, and regulatory standardsMonitor, record, and report on student progress regularly, ensuring pupils receive personalised supportSupport the implementation of the School Development Plan and contribute to school-wide initiativesPromote pupils’ physical, educational, social, and moral development in accordance with Company policiesDevelop and implement personalised learning programmes to enable students to progress at an appropriate paceCoordinate teaching, assessment, recording, and reporting of subjects across key stages, as directed by the HeadteacherDevise, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), behaviour plans, and other relevant strategies collaborativelyOrganise the classroom, resources, groupings, and displays to create a stimulating, safe, and supportive learning environmentQualifications and Experience Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent essentialExperience working with SEN children desirableStrong organisational and communication skillsPassionate about inclusive education and able to work collaboratively within a teamIf you are committed to supporting children with SEN to reach their full potential and want to be part of an exciting new school, we would love to hear from you.
