Start Date : After February Half Term 2026 Ongoing Contract Type : Full Time, term time only Pay : £139.9 - £239.9 (PAYE no umbrella deductions) About the role: justteachers is seeking a passionate and nurturing SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Stratford-upon-Avon, working within an EYFS class. The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), communication and interaction needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and complex needs. This is a full-time role starting after the February half term on an ongoing basis. You will be responsible for delivering a creative, play-based and structured curriculum tailored to meet the individual needs of young learners with EHCPs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development and experience supporting pupils with additional needs within an EYFS setting. Key Requirements: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the EYFS framework. Adapt learning to meet individual EHCP targets and developmental needs. Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCO, therapists and external professionals. Monitor, assess and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS). Experience teaching within EYFS (SEN experience desirable). Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice. A minimum of two references covering the past two years, including your most recent employer (education-based references preferred).
