A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible. £95-105 per day Immediate Start Qualiteach Yorkshire are looking for an experienced SEN Secondary Teaching Assistant for a specialist school in Leeds (LS10) for children with moderate and complex learning needs. The setting is a large SEN school with multiple sites who cater for a mix of ages, and are looking for someone with a range of experience to join their team ASAP. The Role: Working with children on a 1:1 and group basis who have a variety of needs, tailoring learning to suit them Working within a team and helping to build a comfortable environment for all children and staff Following care plans, EHCPs, Pupil Passports and other relevant documents Being comfortable with personal care is advantageous Supporting a fantastic curriculum that teaches the children and young adults real life skills, as well as subject specific knowledge What you will need: Experience of working with children who have complex needs A willingness to jump in and help where necessary Being comfortable with taking pupils for outings, supporting their independence and being a positive influence over this Be able to assist the young adults with their emotional xehkeey literacy, helping them to co and self regulate What we offer: When you work with Qualiteach, you will have access to a range of expertise and advice as well as benefits.
