Every day is different, and every success—big or small—is celebrated.What You’ll Be DoingSupporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis, following individual learning plans.Using strategies such as visual supports, sensory regulation tools, communication aids (PECS/ AAC) and consistent routines.Working collaboratively with Teachers, Therapists, SENCOs, Behaviour Specialists, and Family Support Teams.Providing emotional reassurance, promoting wellbeing, and helping pupils develop independence.Assisting with daily routines, engagement in the classroom, outdoor learning, and community-based activities.Creating a safe, positive and structured environment where every child can thrive.Who We’re Looking ForWe welcome applicants from education, care, clinical and support professions, including:Teaching AssistantsSupport WorkersBehaviour MentorsYouth WorkersResidential Care WorkersEarly Years PractitionersNHS / Healthcare AssistantsMental Health Sup
