We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools across Medway and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, long-term position, working Monday to Friday, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The Role Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management Providing tailored support to meet individual learning needs Helping create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Requirements Clear Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential) Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred) Driver preferred, as some school locations are difficult to access by public transport Reliable, committed, and passionate about working in education What We Offer Competitive hourly rates starting from £15 per hour, depending on experience Full-time work, Monday – Friday Long-term placements with continuity Opportunity to secure a permanent xehkeey role Roles available in primary, secondary, and SEN settings Opportunities across Medway and the wider Kent area If you are seeking work outside of Medway, we cover all of Kent, and I likely have an opportunity for you too.
