About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering engaging, tailored lessons to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, complex learning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs. You will play a key role in creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every learner can thrive and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs Develop and implement personalised learning plans Foster a safe, supportive and inclusive classroom environment Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families Monitor, assess and report on student progress
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential NQTs/ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply A genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
