Key Responsibilities: Deliver Tailored Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across a range of subjects, adapting teaching strategies and materials to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students with SEN, including autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning challenges. Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, implementing specialized interventions and accommodations outlined in their Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
