Salary: Up to £48,000.00 per annum depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am – 4.30pm

Contract: Permanent, Term time only

About the role

As a dynamic and motivated qualified teacher, you’ll work with pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs—supporting them to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

You’ll plan and deliver engaging, innovative lessons that spark curiosity and excitement, adapting learning to suit each individual. Alongside academic progress, you’ll place equal value on pupils’ wellbeing, confidence, and personal development.

You’ll be empowered to teach creatively, making the most of our extensive resources and specialist support to deliver meaningful, high-impact learning.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Plan and deliver stimulating, personalised lessons on a daily basis

* Develop creative and innovative teaching approaches that engage and motivate learners

* Respond flexibly to the needs of pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs

* Observe, monitor, and assess pupil progress and wellbeing

* Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment where pupils feel safe and valued

* Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals

* Contribute to the wider life, vision, and development of the school
