SEN Teacher

This is a unique opportunity to work with students who require a more tailored and nurturing approach to education. You will deliver a broad, engaging curriculum across a range of non-core subjects, helping pupils re-engage with learning and build confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver creative and flexible lessons across multiple subjects (e.g. PSHE, life skills, vocational topics, arts, and enrichment)
Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
Build strong, positive relationships to encourage engagement and progress
Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and external agencies
Manage behaviour effectively using a trauma-informed approachRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with challenging behaviour or in alternative provision (desirable)
Strong classroom management and adaptability
