Your new role As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering tailored, engaging, and purposeful learning experiences for pupils with additional needs. You will: Teach small groups or individual pupils with a range of SEN, with a particular emphasis on SEMH. Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons that inspire progress and support emotional regulation. Work closely with support staff, therapists, and school leaders to put personalised plans into action. Build strong relationships with pupils, using consistent routines and a trauma informed approach. Contribute to behaviour support strategies and whole school inclusion initiatives. Full time and part time working patterns are available to suit your circumstances, with start dates available immediately or from Easter.
