For many years here at Destination we've worked closely with an Ofsted Oustanding SEN School in East Finchley that is part of Barnet Special Education Trust. All of the secondary students are Autistic; with some verbal and some non-verbal.

We have several members of staff thiriving in this school and I can confirm the Headteacher and SLT are welcoming, and play their staff to their strengths.

This is a full-time, long term role. The school are open to offering an exceptional QTS Teacher a permanent contract from day 1, though they may also want to offer a long-term supply contract to allow the Teacher to demonstrate their long term commitment.

Secondary SEN experience is essential for this role, and so is QTS.
Sadly, if you don't hold QTS - I won't be able to put you forward for this role.

Parking is available on site - but the school is also within walking distance of the nearest station which is on the Northern Line.
