The Role SEN Teacher

Seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Teacher to support pupils aged 1116 with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning profiles and EHCP outcomes. The role requires strong behaviour management, consistent routines and a calm, nurturing approach to support emotional regulation and re-engagement with learning. You will work closely with support staff and pastoral teams to create a safe, structured and positive classroom environment where pupils can make meaningful progress.
