The Role
The school are looking for a skilled SEN Teacher to support pupils with a range of special educational needs, delivering high-quality, personalised learning that enables every child to thrive. You will work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
Support pupils with a variety of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
Monitor progress and adapt strategies to ensure positive outcomes
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with children with special educational needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
Commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
