The Role - SEN Teacher (Kingston upon Thames)
As an SEN Teacher in Kingston upon Thames, you will be working with students with a range of needs including SEMH, ASD, and complex learning difficulties. The successful SEN Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning styles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons as an SEN Teacher that meet EHCP targets
* Support students with behavioural and emotional needs
* Work closely with support staff and external professionals
* Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
* Track and monitor student progress effectively
The Ideal SEN Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
* Proven experience working as an SEN Teacher
* Strong behaviour management skills
* A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
* A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
