Role Overview

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD and SEMH
• Create a safe, structured and stimulating learning environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and parents
• Support IEPs, assessments and targeted interventions
• Contribute to whole-school SEN strategies and inclusive practice

Ideal Candidate

• QTS (SEN or primary experience desirable but not essential)
• Empathetic, resilient and committed to inclusive education
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Confident using assistive technology and visual supports
• Open to CPD and collaborative working
