The Role - SEN Teacher
As a SEN Teacher, you will work with a small group of 7-8 pupils in KS1 who are currently learning at an EYFS level. You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support each child's individual learning needs. The successful candidate will focus on developing both academic progress and personal growth, whilst creating a supportive and positive environment where pupils feel safe, encouraged and motivated to learn. Strong behaviour management skills, patience, adaptability and previous SEN experience are essential for this role. QTS is also required.

The school caters for pupils aged 3-18 and is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child is encouraged to succeed.
