The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

* Plan and deliver creative, personalised lessons tailored to individual needs

* Work within a supportive teaching team and collaborate with TAs, therapists, and senior staff

* Implement EHCP targets, behaviour strategies, and therapeutic approaches

* Provide a safe, structured environment where pupils can learn, grow, and develop independence

* Build strong relationships with parents and external professionals

* Contribute to whole‑school life, enrichment, and community engagement

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a teacher who is:

* Qualified (QTS / QTLS) – ECTs and experienced teachers welcome

* Passionate about SEN and committed to inclusive education

* Patient, resilient, nurturing, and adaptable

* Confident in differentiating and using creative approaches to engage diverse learners

* Knowledgeable (or keen to learn) about ASD, SEMH, or PMLD needs

* Able to work collaboratively in a caring, high‑performing team
