About the Role:
Academics is proud to be working with a caring and dedicated SEN school in Sutton Coldfield that is looking for a flexible and experienced SEN Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who are passionate about inclusive education and want to support pupils who benefit from structure, empathy, and encouragement.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative, tailored lessons that meet the needs of pupils with SEN *
Use adaptive teaching approaches to support individual learning styles and abilities *
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and SENCOs to provide holistic support *
Create a calm, encouraging classroom environment where every child feels valued
