We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at a leading school in Milton Keynes from Easter 2026. The successful candidate will support students with a range of special educational needs, including but not limited to learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, and other developmental challenges. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of each student, setting clear and achievable learning goals.

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a wide range of learning styles, abilities, and needs, including students with SEMH challenges.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to provide holistic support for students, ensuring their emotional, social, and academic development.
