As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils, supporting their academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and personal development. Key Responsibilities - SEN Teacher, Hemel Hempstead

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to SEN students
Support pupils with a range of additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties)
Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff
Monitor and track student progress, adapting strategies as needed
Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals where appropriate

The Ideal Candidate - SEN Teacher, Hemel Hempstead

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with students with special educational needs
Strong understanding of SEN strategies and behaviour management
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for supporting and inspiring young people
