Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a range of partner schools in Wellingborough to recruit committed SEN Teachers who are eager to support pupils with additional needs and help them thrive.

This role involves working within specialist and mainstream settings, supporting children with a variety of Special Educational Needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning styles, ensuring every pupil has the opportunity to succeed both academically and personally.

We are looking for teachers who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have experience working with primary-aged pupils with SEN
Are confident in adapting lessons to meet diverse needs
Demonstrate patience, resilience, and strong communication skills
Are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environmentIn this role, your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet EHCP targets
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
Working closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals
Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
