Have experience supporting learners with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, SEMH, etc.) Are patient, understanding, and xehkeey creative in their approach Hold relevant qualifications (teaching, tutoring, or SEN experience preferred) Are reliable, professional, and passionate about making a difference
