Are you caring, patient, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Birmingham is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a young girl with autism.

The Role As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide nurturing, consistent support for a lovely young girl with autism Help her develop confidence, communication skills, and emotional regulation Adapt activities and resources to help her access the curriculum Foster independence and build a trusting, positive relationship Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team Create a calm, structured and supportive learning environment What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from you if you are:
Caring, patient, and understanding Experienced with autism/SEN (beneficial but not essential) Passionate about helping children overcome barriers A strong communicator who builds positive relationships Reliable, resilient, and enthusiastic Motivated to make a real difference every daySuitable for experienced LSAs, SEN TAs, graduates, or anyone with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
