Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Contract: Full-time, long-term

TimePlan Education is supporting a primary school looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with additional needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, SEMH). This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to children who need extra support to access learning.

As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN, following IEPs/EHCPs.
Adapt activities, use visuals and practical resources, and offer emotional support.
Help pupils with social skills, regulation and confidence, working closely with the SENCO and class teacher.
Contribute to observations, records and reviews of pupil progress.The ideal candidate will:

Have experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
Be calm, empathetic and resilient, with strong communication skills.
Be passionate about inclusion and willing to undertake further CPD.How to Apply:
