As an SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant, youll work closely with students who need extra help in class and during targeted interventions.This SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant role is perfect for graduates interested in Educational Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, or SEND teaching.Key responsibilities:Providing 1:1 support to pupils with EHCPs or learning needsSupporting academic progress and emotional wellbeingAssisting teachers with differentiation and classroom routinesLeading small group catch-up or sensory-based activitiesWere looking for:A 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education or a related subjectPrevious experience with SEN or additional needs (voluntary or paid)Strong empathy, patience and resilienceFull-time availability from January 2026 to July 2026Please note: Applicants must hold a UK undergraduate degree.
