We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within a Secondary School. The Role: Join our inclusive school in Harrow and make a real difference. You will support students' academic, social, and emotional development, work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals in partner schools. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored lessons for students with SEND MLD and SLD Provide one-on-one and small group support to students Support the social and emotional development of students Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment Prepare and organise learning materials and resources Monitor and record student progress, reporting to teachers Support students during school activities, outings, and events Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and external agencies to support student needs Qualifications and Experience: Experience working with children aged 11 to 16 years old in an educational setting.
