The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant As an SEN Teaching Assistant , you will support pupils with a range of complex needs including SEMH, trauma-related behaviours, ADHD, and additional learning difficulties. Many pupils have experienced disrupted education, so the role requires patience, consistency, and strong relationship-building skills. Acting as a trusted adult and role model for pupils This role involves working with small class sizes in a highly structured environment designed to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and academic progress.
