Contract: Day-to-day with potential to move into full-time in a high complexity SEN school

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a long term role in a SEN setting. This position will suit someone experienced with additional needs and looking to secure a longer-term, full-time role.

What the role involves

Providing personalised support to pupils with complex learning and behavioural needs

Assisting with communication and sensory programmes

Working alongside teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support

Supporting pupils to develop independence

Requirements

Experience working in SEN environments

Patience, resilience and a calm demeanour

Ability to build rapport and adapt quickly
