SEN Teaching Assistant - New Malden - September 2025 Start

About the Role:

Support children with complex special educational needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, and developmental delay Work as part of a collaborative and experienced SEN support team Provide 1:1 and small group support, both in the classroom and during structured learning activities Encourage and facilitate independence, emotional regulation, and social development Follow behaviour support plans and assist with personal care routines when required Liaise with therapists, SEN professionals, and families to ensure consistent and holistic support The Ideal Candidate Will:
