What You'll Be Doing

As an SEN Support Assistant, you'll:

Provide 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
Assist with personalised learning plans
Support emotional regulation, social development and communication
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
Promote positive behaviour and consistency in the classroom
What We're Looking For

Patient, calm and reliable
Passionate about SEN support and child development
Open to training, including autism awareness and SEMH strategies
Motivated by improving outcomes for young people
Experience with supporting people with SEN needs
Desirable (but not essential):

GCSE/O‑Level or equivalent
A driving licence (helpful for some school locations)
