SEN Teaching Assistant\n\nManchester, M14\n\n£450 - £525 per week\n\nFebruary 2026 start\n\nFull time, temp to perm\n\nWorking hours:  Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm\n\nAbout the Role:\n We’re searching for motivated and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to join one of our welcoming Primary schools in Manchester. You’ll be supporting children in a general classroom support capacity, as well as either in small groups or 1:1.\n\nKey responsibilities for a SEN Teaching Assistant:\n\nSupport children in 1:1 and in small groups across EYFS, KS1 and KS2\nAssist teachers in creating engaging, inclusive lessons\nPromote positive behaviour and a love of learning\nEncourage resilience, social skills, and independence\nCreate a safe, supportive learning environment\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\nHave experience as a SEN TA, Classroom TA, youth worker, mentor, or in a care role\nAre patient, adaptable, and committed to student success\nCan build positive relationships with young people\nHave experience supporting primary aged children (advantage but not essential)\nAre eager to learn and grow in education\nAble to commute to Manchester\n\nValue Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
