Job Purpose: As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to children with a variety of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You will assist the class teacher and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) in creating and maintaining an inclusive classroom environment where all students can reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 or small group support to children with SEN, ensuring that learning activities are adapted to suit their individual needs.
