About the Role We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming SEN primary school in Redditch on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and helping them achieve their full potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.

You will work closely with class teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated learning activities

Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural development

*

Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment

Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

Assist with personal care where required
