SEN Teaching Assistant - Richmond

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

A caring and inclusive three-form entry primary school in Richmond is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a rewarding role supporting pupils with additional needs within a calm, structured, and highly supportive school environment.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, supporting pupils on a one-to-one or small-group basis, helping them access learning and build confidence and independence.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience supporting pupils with SEN

Be patient, consistent, and compassionate

Be confident following support strategies and plans

Support pupils both academically and pastorally

Remain calm and professional at all times

Requirements:

Previous SEN or TA experience

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
