We're looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist educational setting in Rugby, supporting learners with a range of additional needs.

What You'll Be Doing Providing 1:1 and small-group support Assisting with learning, engagement and personal development Working alongside teaching staff to create a safe, inclusive environment

What you'll need to succeed Experience in SEN, care, support work, or education A patient, resilient and supportive approach Reliability and commitment to the hours listed
